Dr. Ogunbiyi is the Project Director of the Alumni Association of the National Institute (AANI-PAS), he is also a member, National Institute of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, a member of, Governing Board of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, member, UN Technical Advisory Group on Review of Medical Support Manual for PSOs. He is an Associate Professor of Anaesthesia, Foundation Fellow, Nigerian Academy of Medicine (FNAMed-2020), member of the Council, World Fed of Societies of Intensive & Critical Care Med (WFSICCM 2017-2021), and coordinator of the Critical Care Pillar of the Emergency Operation Center for Lagos State COVID-19 Response. He is a retired Major General of the Nigerian Army where he served gallantly
